As one of the main tourist destinations of the continent, Playa del Carmen is, without a doubt, a very safe place. It is a dreamy place where past and present come together and comprise a city that welcomes you and your family with open arms with people from all over the world. At GoDiveMEX we are proud to be your host and we are at your service for anything you may need.

You can enjoy your dives while selected babysitters of absolute trust take care of your children doing carefully developed activities. Likewise, your children may join us on tours to cenotes or the sea.

We have a wide variety of scheduled activities for companions. Fun is guaranteed for all our visitors and according to the interests of each person, we can suggest and schedule visits and tours.

At GoDiveMEX we have adequate equipment for each activity, safe and in perfect condition for an extra cost of $15 USD. In our warehouse you can find twinset backmounts or sidemount systems. Equipment will never be an obstacle for you to carry out your desired activity. Equally, we do encourage divers to have their own equipment with which they are familiar and feel safe.

Bull sharks are seen from November to March. Whale sharks are seen from mid July to mid September.

At sea (26-29° C or 80-85° F), a 3mm suit is enough. In cenotes (25° C or 75-80° F), a suit between 3mm and 5mm is usually used.

Cenote diving is done in the cavern area with dives for all levels from Open Water and up.

At GoDiveMEX safety is our fundamental pillar. We have specialized guides and first level equipment in optimal conditions. Our respect for the standards is absolute and we are highly committed to providing each guest with the maximum enjoyment according to their expectations and abilities.

ALS80 aluminum bottles are used, 11.2 lts @ 200 bar/3000 psi, with DIN or INT valve.

All our guests will dive with insurance. It can be either your personal insurance (that we will request at the time of admission) or the one granted by GoDiveMEX.

At GoDiveMEX we offer all kinds of mixtures.

Even though US Dollars and Euros circulate normally in Playa del Carmen, we suggest you exchange some for Mexican Pesos for your minor expenses. Electronic methods of payment are also available.
